Anne Saloyedoff, Principal Teacher
Anne is a Registered Level One Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia completing her Teacher Training in 2015 with Kate Pell at Bowral Yoga Studio. Having also studied and trained with Donnah Farhi, Simon Borg-Olivier and Frontline Yoga she loves to teach Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation to all ages and abilities.
Anne has been active in the eastern arts for well over thirty years and loves to create holistic wellbeing practices that can easily become part of daily life. She gained her Tai Chi experience through private tuition with Madam Eng Choo Eng in Singapore over 5 years. She learned to perform and teach Tai Chi form 24 in the Yang style and also Form 13, which is a new form developed by the Singaporean Tai Chi elite.
